We have project engagement experience within finance, operations, sales, marketing and IT in a diverse set of industries.

Michael Berg, Founder and President
Michael Berg has 13 years of executive experience in the IT Consulting and Recruiting industry, and is a recognized business leader in Colorado.  He has held senior management and director roles at companies such as TEKsystems, Howard Systems International, and Robert Half International.  In 2002 he founded Ethix Solutions, a mid-sized consulting firm specializing in Information Technology Recruiting, Management Consulting, Project Management, Business Process, and IT Strategy nationwide. Since it's inception Ethix Solutions has become one of fastest growing privately-held IT recruiting firms in the Denver area.

Mike is a graduate of Colorado State University and is heavily involved in various charities within the Denver-Metro area.
